Amazing Spiderman fame Hollywood actor Andrew Garfield to take a break from acting
Oscar Nominated actor Andrew Garfield, who is known for his acclaimable work in Tik Tik Boom, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, The Eyes of Tammy Faye and many more is all set to take a much-needed time off from films. Recently in an interview, Andrew revealed that he’s taking a break from acting and also opened up about the reason why he’s stepping away from the spotlight.
During the promotion of his upcoming film- Under the Banner of Heaven, Andrew Garfield said that it feels important to him to take some time off and just be himself. He further added that after a lot of output and giving a lot of energy to things that he’s passionate about, it’s right time to step away and take some breaths.
The Amazing Spiderman actor agreed that it is tempting to look forward at the next thing. But actually, Garfield just wants to meet his friends, have burger and not think about work. Moreover, the Hollywood actor feels now take some time off feels like a privilege.
Andrew Garfield has worked in multiple projects over the past years, and the actor has finally earned an Oscar nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role. And seems like Andrew got what he wanted and will be stepping apart from cameras and light for a while now. The 38-year-old said that he’s really happy and excited to be quiet and still for a while.
Andrew Garfield is currently at the top of his acting career with the much-awaited show, Under the Banner of Heaven, which is releasing today. When asked about the inspiration behind this decision, Andrew was quick to name few people. He said, “I’m very inspired by Simone Biles and Kendrick Lamar, who hasn’t put out an album in a while. I really admire everyone who can avoid the temptation of always wanting to go up and up.”
The Tik Tik Boom actor revealed that during this break he really just wants lay down and not think about other people’s work. He just wants to explore new places, listen to music, be with friends and eat burgers.
