Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann admitted to Apollo Hospital in Delhi
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was admitted to a hospital in Delhi on Wednesday.
According to the reports, Mann was brought to the Apollo Hospital after he complained of stomach ache. Following the check, the doctors diagnosed him with an infection, the report stated.
The details on his health are further awaited.
Mann on Wednesday praised the Punjab Police and anti-gangster task force for successfully killing two gangsters who were involved in the murder of Punjabi singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala. The two gangsters identified as Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh, alias Mannu Kusa were killed in an encounter with the police at Bhakna village in Amritsar.

The rifle AK47 and pistols were recovered from these two gangsters after a five-hour-long encounter.
Taking to Twitter, Mann congratulated the state Police and Anti Gangster Task Force for the huge success achieved today in the campaign launched by my government against gangster culture and anti-social elements. Peace and brotherhood in Punjab will be maintained at all costs, he wrote.
Bhagwant Mann, on July 7, tied the knot with Dr Gurpreet Singh in a traditional Sikh Anand Karaj wedding ceremony.
