Two LeT terrorists shot dead in Kashmir's Budgam
Security forces shot dead two terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam town on Tuesday morning.
The encounter ensued when a joint area domination party of the Indian Army and J&K Police, on specific inputs, tried to stop a suspected vehicle near district court complex in Budgam. The terrorists inside the vehicle opened fire on the security personnel leading to a gunfight in which both ultras were killed.
The slain terrorists belonged to dreaded terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and have been identified as Arbaaz Mir and Shahid Sheikh of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, J&K Police tweeted quoting ADGP Kashmir, adding that the duo had managed to escape an earlier gunfight in Radbugh area of Budgam district.
