Delhi man throws acid on neighbours over argument on pet dog, video viral | Watch

A spine chilling incident has come to light from Delhi’s Uttam Nagar where a spat between two residents over a pet dog took a horrific turn after a man threw acid on the owner of the pet dog. According to reports, the fight between the two residents was over dog litter.

The quarrel initiated after the dog owner went out to walk the dog, however, the residents started fighting with him over litter. Reports say that not only the accused was arguing with the dog owner, but his two sons were also involved in the spat.

The three accused have been identified as Kamal and his two sons Rohit and Himashu.

In the video, a man can be seen throwing acid from the first floor balcony of his house while two parties can be seen arguing with each other. The video also shows people dispersing and fleeing away after the acid was thrown.

A person can also be seen wailing in pain after suffering from the acid being poured on to them. The people around can also be seen rushing to the person to help them, whereas, some people can also be seen questioning the man pouring the acid from the first floor.

The incident transpired on Saturday night after which the police swung into action and took cognizance of the matter. The 50-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital where he is undergoing treatment. His conditions are being reported to be stable now.

The police have filed a case against the three accused and have taken them into police custody and are probing further. The police have also recovered a bottle of acid which was used to clean the toilets from the accused’s house.

The police have charged the three accused under charges of 326B (Voluntarily throwing or attempting to throw acid) of the IPC.
