Former actor Sana Khan expecting her first child with husband Mufti Anas Saiyad
Former actor and Bigg Boss contestant Sana Khan is expecting her first child with husband Mufti Anas Saiyad.
The public figure shared the news of her pregnancy in a TV interview and revealed that she is due to deliver the baby by the end of June. When asked about how she was feeling as she is about to embrace motherhood soon, Khan said she is looking forward to it as it’s a different journey altogether.
She continued that as a woman, she has been having her ups and downs emotionally but she thinks it is a beautiful journey. She is eagerly waiting to have her baby in her arms, that’s it. Sana also clarified that she is not expecting twins, and is taking it slowly and steadily.
In February, Sana Khan shared a post on Instagram hinting a special announcement was coming soon. The caption read, “ Alhamdullilah soooo Happy. This umrah is very very special for some reason which In Sha Allah I will share soon with all. May Allah make it easy.’ Have a look:
Sana Khan and Mufti Anas Saiyad got married in a private ceremony in November 2020 and she announced her retirement from the entertainment industry. This decision left her fans in shock but she was very happy and firm about taking this religious path. She was earlier in a relationship with the choreographer Melvin Louis.
Khan began her career as a model and went on to act in many films. She has acted in films in five different regional languages, including Hindi and Tamil. She made her Bollywood debut with ‘Yehi Hai High Society’ in 2005. She has also starred in movies like ‘Halla Bol’, ‘Jai Ho’, ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ and ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’.
She was one of the most popular contestants in Bigg Boss 6 and gained a big fan following.
