Ghaziabad thief returns gold jewelry in a parcel, video goes viral | Watch
After robbing a house in UP’s Ghaziabad, the thief after 4 days returned some of the excess jewelry by parceling it back to the place. According to reports, the robber had left a note after stealing the gold jewelry, where he cited the reason for the theft to be due to an ill mother. Hence, after 4 days, the thief returned a part of the stolen gold jewelry which he didn’t need to sell off to provide medical aid to their mother. The unlikely moral act has been going viral on the internet.
In the video, the police officers can be seen calling and investigating the courier company that sent the parcel full of gold jewelry. The police can also be seen inspecting the parcel as they try to trace it back to the sender’s address. The incident went viral on the internet as many users came forward to remark on the incident.

One user came forward and wrote and remarked that if a government official can take a bribe without any reasoning, then the thief has done no wrong. The user further added that if our society or government were not corrupt, then there would be free medical treatment and there would have been no need for people to take such decisions.
Another user added to the conversation as they wrote and added that this incident does prove that the thief must have stolen due to the circumstances he was in and not because he wanted or for his own luxury.
According to reports, the burglary incident had taken place in Ghaziabad’s Raj Nagar apartment where the residents of a house had gone to their hometown because of Diwali season which invited the thief to seize the opportunity and rob the house. After the theft was reported, the police filed an FIR and are investigating the matter.
