Makhane Ki Kheer: If you have got a sweet tooth, but are scared of putting on those extra kilos then Makhane Ki Kheer is a perfect option for you. Boil the makhanas for 15-20 minutes in milk, add jaggery and dry fruits and you are good to go! 

Aloo Chaat:  Don’t panic by reading aloo in the name. You can continue with your weight loss plan without giving up on potatoes! All you need to do is to not fry them. Use an air fryer instead and bake them. Add the spices and lemon juice and your delicious aloo chaat will be ready!
