IND vs SA T20I: Nitish Rana tweets about change, Dinesh Karthik is feeling grateful but WHY
BCCI recently announced the Indian Squad for the South Africa tour in India. And seem like selection and non-selections have already opened up a debate on Twitter. Kolkata Knight Riders’ star batsman Nitish Rana took to his official Twitter account to express his disappointment after not being selected in the Indian squad for the T20 series.
Nitish Rana is one of the names that did not get selected for the upcoming T20 series. Hence, after facing a heartbreak, He shared a cryptic tweet after the snub. The cricketer wrote, “Things will change soon,” he even added the Indian Flag emoticon with his tweet. The KKR player has scored 361 runs in 14 matches of IPL 2022.
On the other side, Dinesh Karthik, who has brilliantly played the role of a finisher for his new team, Royal Challengers Bangalore has been finally selected for the IND vs SA T20I. The wicket keeper-batsman will make his comeback in international cricket after three years.
Soon after BCCI announced the names of the Indian squad, Dinesh Karthik shared an emotional tweet on Twitter. He wrote, “if you believe in yourself, everything will fall into place.” The 36-years-old also thanked his supported for standing next to him during the tough times and also promised to keep working hard in future.
Dinesh Karthik was also congratulated by several former and current cricketers on his comeback. His current franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore also posted a video on their official Twitter handle, where DK spoke about his comeback.
Giving credit to his coach Sanjay Bangar, Dinesh said that this comeback will always be very special to him as a lot of people had given up on his and proving his mettle was overwhelming. He thanked RCB coach and staff for believing in him and for helping him to improve his game.
