Several trains are running late due to dense fog and mist, especially the trains coming from Bihar-Bengal and Jharkhand to Delhi.

Passengers coming from Bihar to Delhi and going from Delhi to Bihar are facing a lot of problems due to trains running late due to dense fog. A passenger waiting for his train at New Delhi railway station said that he got had to weight more than 8 hours for his train to arrive.
Even today there is dense fog in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, East Rajasthan, North-West Madhya Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh. A drop of 1 to 3 degrees has been recorded in the minimum temperature in these states. At the same time, the lowest minimum temperature of -3.7 degree Celsius has been recorded in Fatehpur, Rajasthan. A severe cold wave warning has been issued in Delhi for the next three days.
