iPhone 15 leaks: Expected specs, launch timeline, price and other details
The iPhone 15 series launch is still some distance away but leaks, bless them, have largely given us an idea of what to anticipate from Apple’s upcoming iPhones.
With the iPhone 15, Apple is expected to update the design and provide top-tier specifications.
Here is what we know about the iPhone 15s’ appearance, features, and cost based on leaks:
Apple is set to release the iPhone 15 this September with a change in its appearance from existing iPhone models. Among the big-ticket news is that Apple is likely to add the Dynamic Island feature to its less expensive older versions along with the release of the iPhone 15.
Previously, only the iPhone 14 Pro models could use this. As a result, you can imagine a punch-hole display design on the front, common to many Android phones these days.
Since Apple received harsh criticism last year for offering the same design on standard versions for years, many consumers are sure to appreciate the company’s decision to introduce a new design on standard models as well.

There have been no reports, however, of changes to the back, as a result of which the design of the back camera may not change. Last, but not least, reports also imply that the iPhone 15 and its Plus model would have a frosted glass back with a matte finish, similar to iPhone 14 Pro from the previous year.
The Bionic A 16 chipset, which powered Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro last year, will probably be the star of the iPhone 15 as well. According to Apple’s new policy, ordinary models will now come with a one year flagship chipset while Pro models would only get the latest processor. The same is probably going to occur with the 2023 models.
The iPhone 15 is claimed to have a significant improvement in optics when compared to earlier versions. The 48-megapixel primary camera on the back of the 5G phone might be equivalent to the Pro variants of the iPhone 14 series. It would be a significant improvement over the 12-megapixel sensors found on the current iPhone models.
