JEE Mains 2023 result out: 20 candidates score 100 percentile, check toppers list
The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday announced the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2023 for Session 1 which was held in January-February. Candidates can visit the official website of JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in to check the JEE Mains result 2023.
A total of 8.6 lakh candidates took paper 1 and 0.46 lakh candidates took the paper 2 exams this year. The overall attendance for the Engineering paper is 95.79 percent, the highest since NTA started conducting the entrance test.
How to check JEE Mains 2023 result?
- Go to the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the Results for JEE MAIN (2023): Paper 1 – B.E. / B.Tech link.
- Enter your application number, date of birth and security pin.
- Click on Submit.
- Your JEE Main result will appear on the screen.
- Download it for future reference.

JEE Mains 2023 toppers list
The 20 toppers include 14 from the general category, four from the OBC category, and one each from gen-EWS and SC categories scored the 100 percentile. While Md Sahil Akhtar is the PwD topper with a 99.98 NTA score, the SC topper is Deshank Pratap Singh with a 100 NTA score and the ST topper is Dheeravath Thanuj with 99.99.

The candidates who scored 100 NTA scores are Abhineet Majety, Amogh Jalan, Apurva Samota, Ashik Stenny, Bikkina Abhinav Chowdary, Deshank Pratap Singh, Dhruv Sanjay Jain, Dnyanesh Hemendra Shinde, Duggineni Venkata Yugesh, Gulshan Kumar, Guthikonda Abhiram, Kaushal Vijayvergiya, Krish Gupta, Mayank Son, N K Vishwaajith, Nipun Goel, Rishi Kalra, Soham Das, Suthar Harshul Sanjaybhai and Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy.
JEE Mains Session 2
Meanwhile, registration for Session 2 of the JEE Main exam has started today. The Session 2 exams will be held from March 6 to April 12, 2023.
