Jennifer Winget's post on Valentine's Day will make you fall in love with singlehood
Tellywood actor Jennifer Winget has once again won the internet with her intellect. The behadd actor took to her Instagram profile to post some stunning photos dressed in red but this time its the caption that has become the talk of the town.
Despite the fact that Jenny is looking no less than an cherry plum in this red coloured short dress but her opinion over singlehood and hype over valentine’s day has won the internet.

Jennifer wrote that the day that reminds one that if they’re not with someone, then they’re alone. But, should it really? By default then, if Valentine’s day is for couples, then the other 364 days are for us. Winget added that some people are settling down, some people are settling and some people are simply and single handedly refusing to settle for anything less than choosing themselves, everyday!
‘So let’s kick this off with a toast to the singles, because you are so effin’ brave, you’d rather walk alone than with someone not right for you. Now apologies in advance for taking the liberty to dig a little deeper about the case in question here, but I think we tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather recognizing and appreciating what we do have,’ wrote the behadd actor.
Winger did not stop there and added that one’s friends, family, even pets are the constants who enrich one’s life in unique and meaningful ways, sometimes, by simply showing up and being there.
By quoting her personal experience Jennifer Winget wrote that she has felt the need for companionship, trust, understanding and love, of course and above all respect. But she has been so blessed to receive it from all sides, unconditionally and sometimes even twice as much, from her people everyday.
She ended off by writing, ‘Let this day serve as a reminder to express the feelings that you think about but do not say. To reaffirm any and every relationship, by giving voice to everything that remains unsaid. So while I am still not sure what the hype’s about, here’s wishing you a Happy Singletine’s, Galentine’s, Ballantine’s and Valentines – whatever it is that applies to you and rocks your boat today.’
