Kailash Kher loses his temper at Khelo India University Games event in Lucknow, yells at organisers | WATCH

A video is surfacing on the internet that shows singer Kailash Kher losing his cool at the Khelo India University Games 2023 in Lucknow where he was invited to perform.

In the viral video, Kher was seen blasting out at the organisers over alleged mismanagement and bad behaviour. However, the reason behind the outburst is still uncertain. In the video, he can be heard saying that the organisers made him wait for an hour and accuses the organisers of not doing their jobs right.

In another video, the singer can be heard saying that despite the delay and mismanagement, he performed for the country and the audience.

Later, the situation was under control and Kher thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media for organising the event and inviting him to perform for the country. He tweeted a video and he thanked PM Modi for connecting music and sports. In the video, Additional chief secretary of sports and youth affairs, Uttar Pradesh, Navneet Sehgal was also seen grooving with Kher during his performance.

The Khelo India University Games 2023 is a 10-day event with around 4,000 participants and 200 universities representing 21 sports. It has been tagged as the mahakumbh of sports as the event will see a large number of participants.

The event, that began on Thursday, was held at the BBD University in Lucknow and will end on June 3 at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi.
