Kangana Ranaut reacts to Mahesh Babu’s Bollywood can’t afford him comment, see reaction
Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut recently reacted to Telugu actor Mahesh Babu’s “Bollywood can’t afford me” statement. The Queen actor is busy promoting her upcoming action-thriller ‘Dhaakad’ and during a press meet the actor was asked to comment on Mahesh Babu.
And Kangana Ranaut, the actor who never minces her words was honest with her thoughts yet again. She responded to the same and agreed with the Telugu actor’s statement. “He is absolutely correct and I agree with him,” Kangana said.
The Queen actor further added, “Factually talking, he does get lots of offers from various filmmakers. But you also need to see that his generation of South Indian actors have made the Telugu film industry currently the number one film industry in India. So, yes! Bollywood definitely cannot afford him.”
Moreover, Kangana did not stop there, she went ahead and praised Mahesh Babu for his commendable contribution in Telugu film industry. She said that nobody can deny the fact that the actor has shown respect towards his film industry and nothing else.

Kangana Ranaut also said that the current generation of Telugu actors should be given credit for building their film industry for the last 10-15 years, as they did not get anything on platter and have worked hard to reach where they have. Hence, if the actor does not want to work with any other industry so there’s nothing wrong with it.
The ‘Bollywood can’t afford me’ controversy started after Mahesh Babu was asked when will he do a Hindi film. The Telugu actor responded in an unlikely manner and said that he does not want to sound arrogant but he believes that Bollywood can’t afford him, hence he does not want to waste time and will always do only Telugu films, despite the fat that he has been offered various films from various other film industries.
