Kanjhawala accident: Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora meets Home Secretary, last rites of the victim will be held today
New revelations are are coming to the fore from country’s capital Delhi in an embarrassing road accident case. In the Kanjhawala killing case, Delhi Police says that when they traced the route of the deceased girl, it came to light that she was not alone on her scooty. Another girl was with her at the time of the accident.
On the other hand, Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora reached the Ministry of Home Affairs office today to meet Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla. Reportedly, the Ministry of Home Affairs had sought a detailed report on the Kanjhawala incident itself yesterday.
However, the Delhi Police is also being accused of hiding facts. One of the accused is also a BJP member. IPS officer Sagar Preet Hooda said that a new fact has come to the fore in the Sultanpuri incident, as not just the victim but 2 girls were present at the time of the incident.
After half an hour meeting, Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora confirmed that he met the Home Secretary in this matter. Shalini Singh is investigating the matter. It is being told that the police commissioner has discussed some other issue with her too.
The other girl was not injured but is the eye-witness in this case. He further added that right now the investigation is going on and all aspects are being investigated. At the same time, due to fear of questions, the Delhi Police continued to end the press conference in 90 seconds. It is alleged that the Delhi Police is hiding the facts in this case.
The postmortem has been done today and the autopsy report will be out by 2 pm today. Tuesday evening the last rite of the victim will be performed too. Deceased parents are still in shock, however they have also raised questions of why their daughter was found naked even when she was wearing three layers of cloths.
