Zwigato Twitter reaction: Kapil Sharma as food delivery guy wins hearts, Tweeple hail comedian's acting skills
Kapil Sharma’s much-awaited film Zwigato has hit the theatres and is earning positive reviews. The Nandita-Das film shows the struggles of ordinary people with their lives. The film shows no unnecessary melodrama and is shown in a very subtle way.
Instead of focusing on the plight of families reeling from the aftermath of the pandemic, Nandita Das highlights how life has to continue against all odds. Zwigato strikes a conversation that is relevant today more than ever by bringing to life a character that has been omnipresent in our daily lives but goes unnoticed.
With Zwigato, the ace comedian outdoes himself, showing a vulnerable side to himself that not many knew even existed. Shahana Goswami shines in the powerful Nandita Das film.
People on social media are hailing Kapil Sharma’s marvellous performance. He is being lauded for his performance as a food delivery guy. Punjabi singer-actor Shehnaaz Gill, who attended the screening of Zwigato, appreciated the storyline and called it a must-watch movie.
Shehnaaz Gill tweeted that today she has witnessed a complete new side to India’s funny man who is always smiling and ensuring everyone’s laughter. What a performance, loved every minute of the film. Great story, wonderfully directed and has an amazing cast. Zwigato is a must-watch, she tweeted.

And how good are Kapil Sharma and Shahana Goswami along with the most adorable and real ensemble he has seen in recent times, he added.
Zwigato is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Nandita Das and bankrolled by Applause Entertainment and Nandita Das Initiatives.
The film, which takes place in present-day Bhubaneswar, Odisha, examines the life of Manas, a former factory floor manager. He is forced to work as a food delivery rider after losing his job and struggles with the app on his phone and the world of ratings and incentives. He faces financial difficulties supporting his wife Pratima, his two children, and his ailing mother.
Pratima, a homemaker, starts looking into several job prospects at the same time to support his income. The film presents a story of the relentlessness of life.
