Aamir Khan readies for third marriage, this time to Fatima Sana Shaikh, says KRK peeking into his crystal ball
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has been the key figure in a swirl of rumours since parting ways with second wife Kiran Rao in 2021. Kamaal R Khan, alias RK, the film critic and Bollywood gadfly on Twitter, has tweeted that Aamir Khan is going to marry actor Fatima Sana Shaikh soon. Aamir had worked with Fatima Sana Shaikh first in Dangal. KRK said in his tweet that Aamir Khan has been dating her since then.
Fatima Sana Shaikh got her breakthrough role in Aamir’s Dangal. The duo once again paired together for YRF’s Thugs Of Hindostan, and during the film’s release, film journalists noted that Aamir and Fatima were spending quite a lot of time with each other. All such rumours gained momentum after Aamir Khan announced his separation from Kiran Rao after 16 years of marriage.

On his part, KRK’s tweet wasn’t without an element of salaciousness and gossip with a pointed reference to Fatima Sana Shaikh’s age being described as ‘Aamir’s daughter’s age’. True to type, social media users joined in the melee. While one user commented that they were two mature adults and could take their own decisions, another user said this was a pure case of golddigging (by Fatima) as Aamir was a Bollywood superstar. Some called it fake news, some others were stunned and questioned why was this getting coverage as news. Another said not to interfere in other people’s lives since it was none of their business.
Although Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Shaikh have maintained they are friends. Rumours of their romance started brewing when they teamed up for Dangal. It’s seven years since the film came and went and created history in India, China and other countries, but the bond between the two stars still continues.
