Kumbalangi Nights star Ambika Rao passes away at 58

Ambika Rao, known for the film Kumbalangi Nights, passed away on the night of June 27, 2022, due to cardiac arrest.

According to the reports, 58-year-old Ambika Rao was admitted to a hospital in Ernakulam, where she was undergoing treatment.

According to the reports, her health deteriorated after being Covid positive. Ambika Rao made her debut in the year 2002, with the film ‘Krishna Gopalakrishna’ as an assistant director. In a career spanning 2 decades, Ambika Rao worked as an assistant director in several films with stars like Mammootty, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Dileep.
