Video of elderly man flaunting weapon during marriage ceremony in UP goes viral | WATCH

A video is doing rounds on social media platforms, where an elderly man from Uttar Pradesh was seen putting lives in danger by firing in the air using a deadly weapon during a marriage ceremony. However, it is not confirmed yet whether the police have taken any action regarding the same or not. But, the video of the crime went viral on the internet.

An internet user named Manav Srivastava shared the clip on Twitter. He also caption his post in Hindi that reads weapons openly displayed in a marriage ceremony in Jaunpur, Village Aswa, Post Aswa, Thana Rampur, District Jaunpur.

In the viral clip, it can be seen that an elderly man wearing a white traditional dress, holding a big riffle and firing in the air while the crowd was seen cheering him.

When the video went viral, UP police also reacted to it and asked the Jaunpur police to take legal action against the crime. To which, Jaunpur police replied in Hinid that reads Police Station President Rampur was informed for investigation and necessary action will be taken.

This is not the first time such an incident come into the limelight. Earlier, a similar video hits the headline where a man killed from Uttar Pradesh was seen firing during the marriage ceremony. Later, when the video gained popularity, the police arrested him and imposed a heavy fine on him for the crime.

In another similar incident, a youth killed an elderly man from UP when he was trying to fire in the air using a weapon. Reports suggested that the deceased who was in his 70s then rush to the hospital where doctors declared him bright dead.
