Premier League: Week 14 saw Rashford coming to United’s rescue, Summerville upsetting Liverpool, and Arsenal's domination spell
Week 14 of the Premier League turned out to be amongst the most unpredictable fixtures as many English giants failed to deliver whereas the underdogs came forward to seize the day. The Premier League fixture saw Pep’s Manchester City clash with Leicester City, Newcastle’s clash with Aston Villa, and Bournemouth going head-to-head against Antonio Conte’s Tottenham.
The Fixture also had Brighton battling out with Graham Potter’s Chelsea, Crystal Palace vs Southampton, Brentford’s clash with Wolves, and Fulham vs Everton on Saturday. Whereas on Sunday, Jurgen Klaup’s Liverpool locked horns with Leeds United, Arteta’s Martinelli clash with Nottingham Forest, and Manchester United went head-to-head with West Ham.
Week 14 turned out to conclude in an u predictable fixture as the Foxes put up a great battle against Pep’s City, however, Kevin De Bruyne’s freekick turned out to be the rescue for the City as the Manchester City vs Leicester concluded in a 1-0 win for City. The Magpies became the dominant side as they breezed past Aston Villa as the match concluded in a 4-0 win for Newcastle.

Gary O’Neill’s Bournemouth put up a great performance against Tottenham, however, Harry Kane and company were able to come back on a stronger note in the second half and scored 3 goals as the match concluded in a 3-2 win for Tottenham. Brighton turned out to be a big upset for Graham Potter’s Chelsea as the Seagulls mowed over the blues by scoring 4 goals, whereas the blues could only come up with 1 as the game resulted in a 4-1 victory for Brighton.
In the clash between Crystal Palace and Southampton, the Patrick Vieira side was able to produce the end product against Southampton’s defense as the game concluded in a 1-0 win for Crystal Palace. Brentford locking horns with Wolves ended on an inconclusive note as both the teams scored 1 goal each to tie the game as the game resulted in 1-1 tie. Fulham vs Everton also followed suit as the match concluded in a nil-nil tie.
Jurgen Klaup’s Liverpool faced a big upset against Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United as the Lillywhites drew first blood after which Salah responded. However, to the red’s surprise, Leeds United’s second breath helped the team come up with a goal in the closing minutes of the match, resulting in a 2-1 win for Leeds over Liverpool.
Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United left the home fans smiling as United were able to find a goal in the first half with the help of Rashford against Declan Rice and Company as the game concluded in a 1-0 win in the favor of United. Arteta’s Arsenal on the other hand came out to be the dominant side as the Gunners were able to score 5 goals against Nottingham Forest.
