Punjab Assembly Election Result 2022: Going by the exit polls, this time, AAP is going to win in Punjab with their Bhagwant Mann card. The Exit polls came on March 7, and according to the data projection, AAP is going to win around 100 seats in the state.

Punjab assembly election took place on February 20. The state went to the polls for 117 seats. This time, a multi-cornered contest took place between AAP, Congress, BJP in alliance with Captain Amarinder Singh’s party Punjab Lok Congress and SAD in alliance with BJP. However, AAP won with flying colours and has managed to win more than 92 seats out of 117 in Punjab Assembly Election.

In the earlier 2017 assembly election, Congress won in Punjab and Captain Amarinder Singh became the CM but ahead of the assembly election, there was a shift in power and Charanjit Singh Channi was made the chief minister of the state, with that, he became the first Dalit CM of Punjab.
