Pushpa: Case filed against Samantha Ruth's dance number Oo Antava
Allu Arjun starrer film Pushpa has already created a buzz prior to its release.
Helmed by Sukumar, the Pan-India film will hit silver screens on Friday, December 17. Recently, the makers of Pushpa dropped a Telugu dance number Oo Antava that starred Samantha.
Case filed against Samantha Ruth’s Oo Antava
Following the release of Oo Antava, a case has been filed against it by a men’s association. As per media reports, they have demanded a ban for the song in Andhra Pradesh court as the lyrics of the song portrays men as lustful. For those who don’t know, the lyrics of the song has been penned by Viveka (Tamil) and Chanrabose (Telugu).
The song has been shot in Hyderabad’s Ramoji Film City and is choreographed by popular Bollywood choreographer Ganesh Acharya.

About Pushpa
Pushpa: The Rise-Part 1 will star Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles.
Apart from the leads, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Harish Uthaman, Vennela Kishore, Suni, Rao Ramesh, and Ajay Ghosh will play pivotal roles in Pushpa. The film will release in two parts and has been bankrolled by the Mythri Movie Makers. The film will release in different Indian languages including Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.
As per media reports, the plot of the film revolves around the life of Pushpa Raj, which will be played by Allu Arjun, and will take the audience through the smuggling of red sandalwood of Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh. According to a report in the Times of India, the pre-release total business of Pushpa is nearly RS 250 crore including non-theatrical rights.
