Realme to launch budget smartphone on January 9, here's all you need to know about handset
The leading Chinese smartphone brand Realme is all set to launch its smartphone named 10 series in India on January 9. Ahead of the official release, the firm teased the customers by listing the handset on its official website.
However, the company has not shared details about the price, but it has been expected that the phone will hit the market at a starting price of between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000. The company already launched the phone in some countries, giving a hint that the same will hit the Indian market before the year ends.

Know everything about Realme 10 series
Reports say that the smartphone will come with the latest and advanced MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, under which the customers will be able to operate heavy applications without any lag. Reports also revealed that it will feature an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB and up to 8GB of RAM.
The phone will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, that let users use the handset all day long on a single charge. As far as the camera is concerned it will feature a dual-lens setup at the rear, paired with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary shooter, which will provide a good quality image even in low light. For selfies, the company has introduced a 16-megapixel lens.
Under the hood, the phone will run the latest Android 12-based realme UI 3.0 processor. When it comes to displaying, the customers can expect a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate, which will allow users to have a full high-definition video quality.
The reports have suggested that Realme 10 series come with three RAM and storage variants – 4GB RAM + 64GB, 4GB RAM + 128GB, and 8GB RAM + 256GB.
Interested customers will be able to purchase the smartphone from the company’s official website. The same will be available on the e-commerce website Amazon and Flipkart with additional discounts.
