Tecno set to launch Pop 7 Pro in India on THIS date, check expected price and specs

The Chinese smartphone manufacturers Techno is all set to launch its much-awaited handset named Pop 7 Pro on February 16 in India. The company already revealed that the entry-level smartphone will come in three different colors, powered by the latest and advanced quad-core chipset.

However, the company has not revealed the price details as of now. Interested customers will be able to purchase the feature-loaded smartphone from the e-commerece giant’s Amazon and Flipkart once the handset gets launched.

As per the reports and all the speculations, it has been suggested that the upcoming launch with a price tag of Rs Rs. 12,000 for its 3GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, Which means the handset is likely to share the same price tag from Nigeria market, where the phone has been launched already.

Tecno Pop 7 Pro in India might share the same specification as the variant in Nigeria, which means customers can expect a 6.6-inch HD+ (720×1,612 pixels) display with a waterdrop-style notch and runs Android 12. A quad-core SoC with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage powers the device. The built-in memory also can be increased by up to 7GB thanks to the Extended RAM 2.0 functionality.

When it comes to the camera, it will come with a 13-megapixel AI dual rear lens setup at the back, which will feature features of dual flash. For selfies, the company has also introduced a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with a dual flash function so that customers can have good-quality photos and videos even in no light.

The device has GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, a USB Type-C port, and OTG as connectivity options. For authentication, it has a face unlock feature and a fingerprint scanner. A 5,000mAh battery powers the Tecno Pop 7 Pro. It is 163.86×75.51×8.9mm in size.
