The Tenant: Shamita Shetty impresses fans with the trailer of her new film | WATCH
The much-awaited trailer of The Tenant starring Shamita Shetty is finally out on Wednesday. Written and directed by Sushrut Jain, the film also features Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Swanand Kirkire, Sheeba Chaddha, Atul Srivastava, and Akshat Singh in important roles.
The Tenant will hit the silver screen on February 10.

The trailer starts with a young man who stalks the tenant, played by Shamita Shetty, and fantasises about her. The film will take you through the harsh realities of society and how a neighbourhood perceives a single woman living her life to the fullest all by herself.
The Tenant trailer will also highlight the teen’s crush on the single modern woman, prejudices in a regressive housing society regarding a single woman, and others.
