UP: Group of youths smoke, drink alcohol outside of district school, police file complaint | Watch
A report has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur where some men can be seen consuming alcohol and smoking cigarettes outside of the district school. The video shows five to six men being recorded in the act.
After the video of the incident went viral, the police authorites also took cognizance of the case.
In the video, six men can be seen sitting outside of a district school in Sitapur and consuming alcohol and smoking. The video also shows the face of one of the perpetrators, whereas others can be seen looking away from the camera or wearing a mask to hide their identity.

The video also records the number plate of the motorcycles owned by the perpetrators. After the video went viral, the Sitapur police swung into action and took cognizance of the matter as they informed the public that the police are investigating and probing into the matter from where the incident was recorded.

After the video went viral, many users came forward to criticise the authorities for letting such incidents happen as one user wrote and highlighted that according to laws, drinking alchohol in public is a crime. Another user added to the conversation as they wrote that such people who are not scared of the government or the authorities, suggesting at how the perpetrators were comfortable getting recorded.

A video from UP came to light recently where the students of the school were seen cleaning up the grounds of the school in Hardoi district. The student were seen using gardening hoes as well as their bare hands, to clean the school yard.
