Farzi: Prime Video unveils Vijay Sethupathi's character video on his birthday | WATCH
Vijay Sethupati is celebrating his 45th birthday today. On the occasion, Prime Video unveiled his character video from his upcoming crime-thriller series Farzi co-starring Shahid Kapoor.
The video introduces him as Michael and gives a glimpse into the life of the police officer who will go to any extent to eradicate the counterfeiting network from the country. He goes after Masukh, played by Kay Kay Menon and makes his best efforts to nab him.
Vijay Sethupathi’s character video will give you chills with its perfect visuals and background music.

Helmed by Raj & DK, the web series will premiere from February 10 in India and more than 240 countries and territories. The eight-episode web story is about a local artist Sunny, played by Shahid, who wants to earn money and ends up not valuing it.
He further collaborates with his friend and gets into the illegal business of forging currency using his talent of sketching and replication everything under the sun. Along with Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, the web series also stars Raashii Khanna, Amol Palekar, and Kay Kay Menon in the lead roles.
The trailer of Farzi was released on January 13 along with the motion poster featuring its stars. The power-packed trailer starts with Kapoor’s one-liners which later showcase his fraud. Badass cop Vijay Sethupathi is on a mission to nab Kapoor and Menon and will go to any extent to bust their illegal business.

Farzi marks the OTT debut of Shahid Kapoor who was last seen on the silver screen alongside Mrunal Thakur in Jersey. The film failed to impress the audience and was declared a box-office failure. However, Kapoor and Thakur were appreciated for their performances.
