Man’s humorous take on asking for refund from Zomato leaves users in splits | Watch
A video of a man asking for a refund from Zomato has taken the internet by storm as many users found the video relatable and humorous. The video has garnered a lot of attention as the video has been liked by more than 5 lakh users and it is still going.
The man who uploaded the video goes by the name of isachinawasthi on Instagram and has been sharing such amusing videos on the internet. He also has garnered a following of 19 thousand people.
In the amusing video, the man can be seen talking to the Zomato delivery services about the quality of food he received. The man can be heard saying that the food he received is smelling weird and asked the delivery services to refund the amount to his source account.
The video also shows him eating the food despite complaining about the bad quality of the food, he can also be heard saying that he sent the photo of the food he received and telling the Zomato assistance that he knows that the food looks fine in the video, however, the smell is bad.

The video made by the user is a skit which portrays how people hustle the Zomato services in a bid for them to cough out the refund. The skit by the Instagram user has been making rounds on the internet owing to how relatable it might be for some people.

After the video went viral, many users came forward to add their take on the incident as one user wrote and highlighted that a man wearing a branded t-shirt of Allen Solly is asking for a refund, implying that the man seems to come from a financially stable background however his frugality is still showing in this act.
Another user wrote and said that because of people like these, the Food Delivery services have made it impossible for one to get a refund even when the food is genuinely bad. Another user wrote it is because of the people like these that Zomato is at a loss.
Another user wrote and highlighted that the people who do commit such fraud with Zomato should stop doing this and termed such things as unethical. The user also expanded and said that it makes the company lose money, as well as makes other people who actually go through such issues get a refund.
